Rachel Smith Green is the Director of Thrive at the Arbor school and is highly regarded for developing curriculum and systems to include all levels of SEND in mainstream schools. As a teacher with 30 years’ experience, she has worked at all levels of leadership, including as a local authority advisor for SEND, responsible for establishing resource provisions in mainstream settings.
She is currently researching the impact of the eco-literacy and positive education curriculums on students’ wellbeing, especially students with ADHD and ASD.
